Our Foundations

Saie Comms was founded by Director, Jillian Betts – a Senior Brand, Communications & Customer Experience (CX) Specialist, and qualified Graphic Designer.

A gifted writer, story-teller and designer, Jillian has always had a heart for multi-disciplinary communications. She completed a Bachelor of Communications and Media (Advertising and Marketing) alongside a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Graphic Design and New Media) and has spent the last fifteen+ years working with leading brands in the NFP, HR & leadership development, logistics, mass media and entertainment sectors.

Jillian is the real deal; creative, strategic and authentic - a listener and a learner. She understands the inextricable link between the employee and customer experience and is passionate about building highly constructive organisational cultures and values-aligned brands - brands where purpose and values are consistently shown to be more than words.

Jillian has a deep belief that customers want (and deserve!) more authenticity these days, and that business leaders need to understand that your brand is your culture, and your culture is the strategy.

As a Brand and Communications specialist, she is passionate about ensuring there is no misalignment between an organisation's projected brand, and their operational culture. She works with senior business leaders and teams to lift strategies off the page, and bring brands to life.

She does this by supporting organisations to fuse and operationalise brand and culture - recognising the critical interplay between strategy, communications, brand, operations and customer service. In doing so she assists them in delivering a sustainable, competitive advantage.
